1) What level is the workout for?
For everyone, from beginners to advanced athletes. With modifications, inclines/declines and a set of dumbbelss, it will be easy to adjust the exercise according to your fitness level.
2) Is any equipment needed?
No. You only need a yoga mat for your own comfort or a towel. Weights are recommended as you proceed further into the program, as well as something you can use for elevations, such as a bench, staircase, chair, however not a requirement.
3) What else do I need?
All you need is a water bottle to stay hydrated, a mat or towel for your comfort, a stopwatch to keep track of time, you favorite playlist to keep yourself motivated and pumping 30 minutes of time, my eBook and yourself.
4) How long do I have to workout?
30 minutes plus 5-10 min warm up and cool down/ stretching.
5) Where can i do the workout?
Everywhere you feel comfortable at. Your house, the park, your back porch, a hotel room, the beach, the gym. Just be aware that some surfaces will make it easier and some harder to work out on.
6) How often should I workout?
Every other day see e book guidelines have one day rest in between each strengthening training. Fill in cardio sessions in the spare days. Have a day of rehabilitation and stretching.
7) When should I not do the workout?
As long as you feel comfortable and healthy you can always work out. If you are concerned about your physical health, you have diabetes, are pregnant or have had any previous orthopedic injuries, please consult your physician before starting this program.
