WHO AM I ?

Hi, I’m Inja!

I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

I started out with competitive gymnastics and Jazz dance and developed my love for movement at an early stage in life. 
Growing up, I realized I couldn’t think of a better way than to spend the rest of my life making my passion my profession, while inspiring people to feel the same way about their journey. 

I went to college in Germany and the United States, where I majored in Exercise Science and Dance. Throughout the years I continued my education and acquired several Group Fitness and Health certifications such as Mind Body, Animal Flow, Pre- and Post Natal, Aerobics as well as becoming a Sports Nutrition Coach. 

For the past 8 years I have moved around the world quite a bit, living the gypsy lifestyle in Germany, Australia, the United States, Asia and the Middle East, where I have been working as a personal trainer and performer in dance and acrobatics.

Movement is my passion, my life, my outlet and therapy and I can not imagine a life without it.

  • Life Affirmation

    Working out isn't something you have to do. It is something you are privileged to do. Exercising is a celebration of what our body is capable of doing and not a punishment for last night's dinner. 

    Start with a positive mindset and shift your energy towards what you are capable of doing.

    I want to get people like you and I together, to be surrounded by others who lift each other up, encourage and support one another, and make each other feel good. I want to encourage you to be able to step out of your comfort zone, while being vulnerable and feeling confident at the same time.

    I want you to have fun working out and enjoy even the hardest muscle burning sweat session.

  • Determination

    Motivation is what gets us started, but will eventually ease off. Determination and dedicartion however, is what keeps us going. It's not an easy way and without putting any effort in we won't get to where we want to be. Results happen over time, not over night. With consistency, hard work and patience we can get to where we want to be and even further. Remember why you started this journey in the first place. 

  • Powerful and Limitless

    The only limits you have, are the ones you set for  yourself. Break free from them, show up every day for YOURSELF not for others. You are powerful and limitless.  Make your life a masterpiece, imagine no limits of what you can do, be or can have. The power is within the choices you make on a daily basis. Life isn’t about finding yourself. It is about creating yourself. Be whoever and whatever you want to be.

  • Empowerment

    Don't define your self worth on how you look or what you eat. 

    Challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone. This is the only place we can truly grow and learn. Being able to do what I love day in and day out, gives me the strength to stand up whenever I fall or things don't go as planned or hoped for. Every day is a new chance to feel stronger, eat more nutritious, live healthier and do the best you can in that moment.

  • Balance

    In life everything is about balance and so is fitness and health. It is about finding a balance between being active and resting, feeling motivated and unmotivated, eating junk food and healthy food… It is always a battle, but at the end of the day  it matters what you choose to do with it.

    I eat mostly well, I workout a few times a week, I practice self-awareness...repeat for life.

What fitness means to me

Staying active no matter in what sense let it be high intensity sessions, dance, acrobatics, running, group classes...you name it... has been an outlet for me to get rid of negative emotions, fill my lungs with fresh air, clear my head, recalibrate my mind over time. I have struggled with depression and anxiety through most of my teenage years and adulthood, but working out is the one thing that gets me out of bed in the morning. 

My mission is to help people like you, enjoy fitness as much as I do. 
I want you to live a more balanced and healthy lifestyle, while enjoying your workouts. I aim to help you grow and reach your fitness goals, but most importantly, I hope I can inspire you to become more confident within yourself.

Exercising is a powerful tool to practice self love and gratitude for your own body. It is the foundation of your physical and mental health.

Changing your habits, mindset and actions by nourishing your body and exercising regularly means you can learn to love your body and love your life!

I have struggled with depression and anxiety throughout most of my teenage years and adulthood, but working out is the one thing that gets me out of bed in the morning. It has always been a constant in my life ever since I was a little girl. It is one of the things I can rely on the most, I can be myself in and I can just let go.

My mission is to help people like you, enjoy fitness as much as I do.
